Ododo Urges Vigilance, Promises Stronger Security in Kogi

Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has urged residents to remain vigilant and support security efforts, saying his administration is committed to tackling crime across the state.

He made this known while responding to community leaders, who commended his efforts in improving security. The member representing Lokoja/Kogi Federal Constituency also highlighted projects brought to the area and pledged more support, while the Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Aliyu Yusuf Umar, praised the governor for restoring public confidence in the government.

Ododo thanked traditional rulers and community leaders for their cooperation, stressing that peace can only be sustained through joint efforts. He warned residents against harbouring criminals and insisted that his government would not negotiate with them. He also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for supporting security efforts in the state.

LASUSTECH Emerges Winner at CIIN NextGen Insurers Knowledge Challenge

LASUSTECH, LIRS partners to Boost Tax Literacy Among Staff
