Shehu Sani Condoles El-Rufai Over Mother’s Death

Former Kaduna Central Senator, Shehu Sani, has expressed his condolences to former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, following the death of his mother.

In a statement issued on Saturday, Sani described the loss as not only a personal tragedy for the El-Rufai family but also a significant loss to Kaduna State and the nation at large. He paid tribute to the late matriarch, highlighting her contributions to community development and the values she upheld during her lifetime.

Sani praised her legacy of service, noting that she embodied strong leadership within her community and was widely respected for her motherly role and guidance. He said her life reflected compassion, dedication, and a lasting impact on those around her.

Offering prayers for the deceased, the former lawmaker asked Allah to forgive her shortcomings and grant her eternal rest in Aljannatul Firdaus. He also prayed for strength and comfort for El-Rufai and his family as they mourn their loss.

The condolence message adds to a wave of sympathies from political figures and associates who have continued to express support for the former governor during this period of grief.

LASUSTECH Emerges Winner at CIIN NextGen Insurers Knowledge Challenge
